The primary tenant at theWood Business Park is the San Miguel County PublicWorks Department, which will include a solid waste facility.

The need for a clean and safe method of dealing with thousands of pounds of waste material daily is evident. The planned baling facility will improve solid waste management and provide a valuable service that meets environmental standards and quality of life concerns.

An important benefit of Park tenancy is access to the rail spurs that come into the site. Additionally the WBP is within one mile of the airport and has easy access to I-25.
